I searched and searched for a rug to replace an old red one. And this is what I chose. It arrived quicker than predicted and I am thrilled with it. Lovely pure wool, textured layers and subtle colours that perfectly match our polished concrete floor. Lots of pilling fluff this past week, but it’s to be expected with a new carpet. Yes, I’d recommend this rug!

We've found the rug to be a quality and luxurious product, we have it in a low traffic situation which I would recommend for this rug type. The Gaia indoor/outdoor rug is very beautiful and practical. I purchased this runner to replace an old runner. This definitely lifts the look and feel of our foyer to our house and feels lovely under our feet. Soft and durable for a busy hallway. Our Jack Russell dog also finds this rug cooler to lie on that our previous one.

After not being able to find anything even close to what I wanted in physical stores I was nervous ordering a rug online without having an opportunity to colour match against the couch and be able to feel how soft it was. This helped me pick the correct size and colour scheme. They delivered it promptly. The quality of this rug is excellent. It is so soft and makes my living area so cosy and homely. Beautiful Rug! The colour was pretty accurate, maybe a little less grey than on screen, but happy with it. Its probably more cream than grey. Love the 'giant fingerprint' texture. Makes the room look natural, calm and inviting. The rug was quite out of shape, sort of bumpy when it first went down two days ago. It is settling down nicely now though, which I'm sure in a few days will be 100% flat to the floor.
