I ordered two pair of shoes. The tung of one of the pairs is thick and presses down just at the bend of my ankle and foot. It rubs my skin that begins to hurt after an hour or so. I tried to return. They requested a photo as though I need to prove the shoe has a defect. They’d need to approve the return and I’d pay for postage. They offered a refund of 30% for shoe I can’t wear.
