I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Custom Branding. I ordered customized water bottles, expecting them to be customized and shipped within 2-3 business days as stated on the product page. However, the reality was far from what was promised. Throughout this entire ordeal, the customer service representatives were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I never received the product and they are now refusing to issue a refund. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly advise against using Custom Branding for any of your needs. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
