Custom Branding were exceptional at helping me order favors for a tournament I was running. I was concerned with how quickly I would be able to get them here as it was a last minute order but I spoke with a customer representative and they turned them around in record time. I will definitely be using them again for other events I host!

Super happy, purchased as a present for my wife who works in payroll. She LOVES it and so do her coworkers, they all want one too! My ONLY regret is not looking and realizing they had a 40oz. But that's only on me, and I can get her a bigger one down the road. Received it in about a week too.

My personalized product turned out PERFECTLY! The turnaround time was amazing. Shipping was delayed according to the updates I was getting, so there was some confusion with the tracking. My “free with purchase” products were shipped 4 days sooner, which I appreciated, but it made me think the main part of my order was lost or not coming. Clearer messaging on what to expect with shipping would be helpful. Otherwise, I will definitely use this company again should I have a personalization need!

I'm an Uncle of five nieces and one nephew, so customizing drink wear makes excellent gifts. I can put my own stamp on it in a way I think they might like. The last one I had done (engraved) turned out great and my niece really loves it.

I love how this mug turned out. The laser etched logo looks great on these tumblers, and I appreciate that there are no minimum quantities when ordering. The 16oz tumbler is perfect for carrying around because it’s slim and the lid seals well. I can throw it in my bag without worrying about it leaking.

The look of the yeti is amazing Ang love the print on it. I did have a little issue with one of mine not printing the whole request and they were quick to respond and get me the corrected one sent out.

Easy to order, easy to customize on the website, easy communication with customer service, and fast shipping. This particular font really pops and gives a professional easy to read look without being overly fancy.

It’s great when orders go perfectly without a hitch, but the true measure of a company lies in their actions when things go wrong. This tumbler order got messed up. I sent a picture in and Petra got back to me via email within one business day. A replacement was sent out a few days later and was delivered in less than 2 weeks from when I originally placed the order. If you have an issue reach out the customer service is truly responsive and resolved my issue quickly, 5 stars.

We are a dental office that provides each new patient with a welcome gift. This year, we’ve been including a custom water bottle along with our hygiene kits, and our patients have absolutely loved them. However, I appreciate the customer service's continuous support. The surface of the product is different from what I bought on the original brand website, maybe it is because of how the pattern is produced.

Custom Branding has been incredible! Everything comes pretty fast and everything is always perfect, it looks just like the mock-up when you are placing your logo. 10/10 would recommend to any business or person!

The website was very easy to use and helped me visualize what the logo would look like on the can holder. I like that I could swap products and colors to choose what looked the best. I was nervous that all of the writing might not be clear with the laser engraving but it came out perfectly with every detail in the logo on the final product. The shipping was quick and customer service was very helpful. I am planning on purchasing more items from Custom Branding.

The tumbler exceeded my expectations. I was worried about the small details being lost in the engraving process. This was not an issue at all. The turn around time was extremely reasonable as well. I love the way this mug turned out. The software to upload my logo was easy to use and the finished result looks great! I went with the 12oz Fellow Carter tumbler which is the perfect size for carrying around. The lid seals well too, which is great for throwing in a backpack or lunch bag. I also appreciate that there were no minimum quantities when ordering.

Great product. Was able to provide my own drawing in pdf format for imprinting on the tumbler and bottle. It was delivered in time for the special occasion. Will definitely order other products for friends and family.

I ordered a total of 15 yeti's as individualized gifts and they turned out lovely. I was concerned when ordering that my design was too small or that the detail would not turn out as clean as I was hoping, but that wasn't the case here. The engraving came out perfect. This turned out great! Hope to order for my Company event :-) Custom Branding is the only company that could/would custom engrave on 2 sides. It was easy and arrived quickly.

We really like these coasters. The price was right, and the engraving is quality. We had two coasters which had the buffer pads misaligned, but we're hoping this can be remedied. The other 78 coasters were great, and overall we are pleased with the order.

This thing is awesome! I was worried how a print would come out on a metal dial insulated container but it appears to be high quality and like it won’t peel or anything like that. Took about 2 weeks from the time I ordered it but that’s to be expected as these are custom made. I plan to order again in the future!

We wanted to compare ordering customized tumblers via Custom Branding vs the manufacturing company. We were surprised to see the price was less to order the same customized product with Custom Branding, but thought perhaps the quality would not be the same. We got this tumbler for our friend's daughter who just graduated high school. She absolutely loved it and the engraved look on the Dragonfly color! Perfect gift idea that she will use everyday.

Very happy with the final product. Took a little longer than anticipated, but if you read the FAQ, they do specify 10 business day production time, so not too far beyond that.

I absolutely love my new engraved Yeti mug. Custom Branding always does a great job and does not over charge for the engraving. Their on-line font selection is very good and you can download your own design for engraving. I have used Custom Branding several times and have never been disappointed. These tumblers turned out AMAZING!! They are so beautiful and the customization was well crafted. The customer service was friendly and quick to turn around our promotional items.
