Of course it was crunch time for Christmas and Iā€™m sure they had an incredible amount of orders to fill. As they actually had a phone number for customer service. I called it to see when my order was coming, never even gave them my name, they looked it up by phone number without even asking for that. They told me what my order was, where it was in the queue, when it would be sent, and when I should receive it, and thatā€™s exactly how it went! Received December 23. Perfect! Highly recommend!

It wasn't totally clear that you needed a BLACK logo for a reverse-out of the product color. It took me a while to catch on during ordering (attempting to upload a white logo that appeared invisible in the mock-up), but the end result was great.
