Shopping was easy, however my item remained in UPS shipping for over a month coming to Canada, and UPS could not tell me where it was, when it would be deliviered or why it was so delayed. I wish that there was a USPS shipping option to Canada, because I feel that even Canada Post would have delivered the item in a more timely manner. After paying over 40$ CAD for shipping, it should not have taken over a month to get to me.
