After reaching out about not getting the paper I was expecting, I received pretty quick and detailed correspondence. They were knowledgeable and friendly.
However, I was told, yes maybe we should have mentioned what machine was used. And no offer of a way to better the situation. (besides returning and losing money on shipping and restocking fee)
So overall I feel l overpaid for paper I didn’t really want or need, I have plenty of the machine 9 iteration. I really wanted to love what I got and recommend this company to others, but I don’t feel this experience compels me to do so.
