I thought my notebooks were packaged extremely well and I loved the freebie stickers (which went straight in my notebooks). The only problem I had was with the delivery company who couldn't be bothered to come down my path in the dark so left them overnight on someone else's doorstep - luckily I found them at 5.30 in the morning!
