They would not provide a 100% refund. I returned and paid the return shipping. They only provided a "company credit." I DISLIKE all the products and do not want anything from the company. They only allowed a short 48 hour return window. NOT ideal for a person that travels frequently (their target market.). Kind of ironic that they only allowed 48 hours to request a return. I was not even home! I returned the product within 30 days. Disputing via my credit card company & BBB. BUYER BEWARE!
