It was complicated

Was given the wrong information when purchasing.

The ordering and checkout process was so easy, and with the Shopify integration, I could check delivery right through my app. But there were tons of sets out of stock when I ordered, and none of the colors I wanted besides black were available in my size, so I couldn't take advantage of the discount for ordering more than one set at a time. That was disappointing. I delayed my purchase as long as I could before my trip, but I ended up ordering only one set. Wish I'd been able to get a second.

Took a while to get delivered

Easy. Timely. Professional

Arrived in a timely manner. Live the material.

Tried to review my order before submitting & was not able to edit it-got two of the same color in error.

Very easy experience . Good communication in all aspects for consumer.

Received a completely different item than ordered and was going to be charged to return it. At my insistence they sent a return label. It would have been made much easier with a live agent instead of AI

There is not a very large selection. The fabrics all look very cheap. I never buy anything with Rayon and it looks like most of your products have Rayon. Rayon doesn't hold up very well. The website was not very responsive. The checkout made it impossible to remove an unwanted item from my cart.

Easy website

My experience was fine. I always receive my order quickly which is nice!

I have been trying to get a hold of someone all week. I have sent three emails to return my order and haven't heard from anyone. This has been a horrible experience!

Great

The return was a breeze and I received the correct size 4 days after I mailed the original.

Easy to order. I had an exchange and it was delivered quickly.

Not a fan of return policy especially store credit

The exchange process was seamless

First time ever traveling with a capsule wardrobe.... game changer!

I can wear an XL in most everything else but this set was way toooo small and your return process is difficult to manage and a rip off!!! I give your customer service zero stars!!!

Very good customer service

Fix your exchange link, and train your customer service people.

Easy to order, true to size, came in a timely fashion . As described

Quick shipping

I love the quality products in quick shipping!

No problems.

I had to reach out to try and get this order expedited for a trip coming up. Though I couldn't get it expedited, it did arrive in enough time to get the waist let out (as it was tight)

Fabulous!

Great overall experience!

I had to do a return. Made it super easy. No issues with this company at all. Very glad to do business with them.

I actually called because I wanted this outfit for a trip to California, so I wanted to see if it was going to ship in time. The person who answered my call said she would expedite it, which she did and I had plenty of time to try the outfit to see if it fit. I’m so glad it did.

It was seamless and exchange came quickly. Love the outfit!!

The delivery of the pants was late, I had to pay for sending it back and the funds do not get returned to me but into a gift card I do not want to use

I bought stuff and I paid for it.

I am disillusioned with having to pay to return items that either don't fit me or aren't a good style for me. I found a few pieces that I love but have given up trying.
