I ordered the 3 piece set and got 2 of the long jackets and no pants. Had to send one back and get the pants.

It was just what it said & fit well!

Easy shopping experience

I just did. This was made for some 20 year old who is 5’9 and can wear any thing. Fabric is way to thin shoes every thing. Pants are like 4 or 5 inches too long for the size. It’s going in the trash!

Like the cloths and LOVE that they are made in the USA.

I just basically ordered the black pants, shell, long jacket and dress (which I absolutely detest). It looks like a bathing suit coverup but I would never wear it as that. Out of 1-10 that would be a 1. The black pants, shell and jacket however, a 10! Judy

In the ad on social media, it wasn’t called sexy modest boutique, and I didn’t like getting all these emails from sexy modest because it looks like a porn shop and when it arrived, the envelope made it look like it’s sex toys or lingerie. Change your name!

If the greens would have matched I would have been happier with my experience.

Your website is very user-friendly. More websites should be this easy.

Too expensive

My original order came fast, but I had ordered a Large, which was too small. The exchange process was easy, but that shipment was delayed. I explained I needed the clothes for an upcoming vacation, and the team rushed me a replacement. The XL fit was perfect, and the cardigans were a highlight of my vacation wardrobe!

Tried to return, but because it was delivered when I was out of town I was told that I could not. Very poor customer service! The lady emailed today no and then I asked her a question hoping to get help and nothing back! Not pleased at all.

Frustrating that there is no way to try on sizes or products AND there are not free returns. I was also pretty disappointed in the quality of the products I received and the quality control. I liked a few pieces and kept them - the others went back. It's making me hesitate before ordering from here again.

Did not have all items in my size, but all questions were answered, placed my order and so pleased.

I love all of my essentials sets

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company’s customer service. From the moment my order was delayed, I tried repeatedly to get help, and every interaction has been dismissive or unhelpful. I reached out within the required timeframe, explained the situation clearly, and still got nowhere. Instead of assisting, they pushed me toward store credit and made the return process as difficult and expensive as possible. After multiple attempts to resolve this, I still haven’t receive

I wish there was a way to match tops and bottoms outside of the main set, but I love the pieces!
