I don’t like the fact that you can’t actually speak to customer service on the phone as I am visually impaired so live chat is difficult. Additionally I could not just exchange the essentials set for a larger size. Since I purchased 3 the price would not allow the exchange. I ended up paying more to get the larger size. I must say that Debbie on live chat did help me out though. She did have the California site send me the larger size since the burgundy set was shipped separately from there.
