Great customer service. I ordered a petite size pant as i am 5 feet 3 inches and it was way too short so i ordered a small which fit perfectly. The exchange process was super easy.

Return policy is unreasonable

The emails I get do not include a link that takes you directly to their website.

A great shopping experience! I will be back for more!!!

Easy, speedy, efficient. A Pleasure

They seem to push to sell you more that your original item so the pushiness is not appreciated.

Answered my questions thoroughly and quick delivery.

Overall good experience, but returning items can be a little inconvenient

It has been nice working with Sexy/Modest Boutique admin and ordering outfits that fit. I had to have hemmed bc too long for me, but that’s nothing new. I have not yet had any reason to return but I hope customer service will be good.

.

You said how soft and easy to wear it is. The fabric is scratchy not comfortable does not lay well. Very disappointing And your return credit policy is very hard to do Also you don’t offer a refund how unfortunate I will not be purchasing from your Again and will be giving your company not a very good review

My first order didn’t go so well I ordered a large and was sent a medium, but I gave it to a girlfriend so I re-ordered large again. I have a feeling it’s still by being a medium, but I’m going to keep it because I’m losing some weight I’d like to order again, but I wanna be sure that I get a large this time for sure but I will order a different color.

Product order took forever. By the time I received it I was already on the trip I’d ordered the outfit for. And then the return policy is awful. “Hassle free returns” advertising is dishonest

Simple to return my item, once I figured out the AI assistant. Please consider offering more XL sized clothing for the busty ladies.

Great

Seem to be a good company with high quality products.

Easy peasy.

It's ridiculas they will not return things after a couple of days, and also they ship your stuff USPS which takes forecer, but if you want to exchange something they make you pay and ship FedEx

Was quick and easy!!

Not an easy return. Only gives store credit. I think Medium would have been too big on me. The Radeon on pants was way too tight andI’m a small woman.

Great

Asked to return an item, the Petra dress, and got no response

Very easy and efficient

Easy & received the outfit very quickly thanx .

Customer service and shipping was fine, but the quality of the clothes is not good.

Na

Please send return instructions

I had to wait a very long time for the product.

I had to return the first piece and I was charged for returning it.

No issues

Was a pleasant experience as well as a fun one!

Cardigan too long. Cardigan and tank completely different shades of green. Pants very roomy but the “XL” waistband is more like size medium. Wish I could return them but I cut off the tag. Disappointed.

nothing more to say except that I'm sorry i fell for your extensive advertising.

I bought two sets of this outfit. One gray and one black. I’ll mix and match for travel.

Very convenient and quick delivery.

Love the outfits

Don't like return shipping policies

Service was quick, questions answered quickly, but my absolute favorite thing about this company was the follow up bundle of what you need to fill out your capsule wardrobe with a discount! Thank you! That’s why I keep coming back!

Bad customer service.
