I ordered this product quite a while ago and I still don’t have what I ordered and I had to pay to return the set that was too small. And now I’m guessing I will have to pay again to return this Navy set to get what I ordered, plus I had to find a replacement for the party I was buying it for. So over all frustrated even thought I like the set and just want it in Black. Hoping it will arrive for my next trip which is coming up in 2 weeks.

I wanted to return the yellow set, but since it was a deal, return effort and price made me just keep it,but I still have it and the response was attentive and polite.

No issues when sending outfit back for a refund. Loved all the purchases.

Ok. I’m disappointed in the material quality in everything I ordered. I will not buy from here again. Pants too short. Necks too tight. Material not breathable and wrinkles like crazy traveling.

I wanted the sets for a trip, and the pants were two inches shorter than my previous set, bummer I wanted to travel with them.

I had to make an exchange and was on a tight schedule. They got it done by the time I had to leave on my trip. Very grateful!

No problems and it was delivered sooner than I expected.

Received it while in a business trip and missed the return window. Exchanged it to see if something else would be better and it’s worse. Never ordering here again and would not recommend.

My previous response encapsulates everything. Your return request window is not customer-centric. I sometimes don't open my packages for a day or 2 after I get them. I travel a lot and am not always available to try things on and decide within 72 hours of delivery. I'm so disappointed and will not buy from you again.

Awful, when I can't get my money back for a mistaken purchase, I consider it a bad deal.

The sizing felt off but the return process is tricky. Overall my product felt expensive, didn't fit well and the return options weren't optimal.
