I received the pants on a Friday. I was out of town..by Monday it had already been 72 hrs so I could not return. I don't feel like it was quite fair. A little more time is needed.

I wanted to return both as I reported the issues upon delivery. I could only get an exchange not a refund. I had ordered two sets. So I asked for one in black and one in white which is out of stock. I asked to be notified when it comes back into stock but still haven’t heard any update and that was two months ago.

Great customer service. I ordered a petite size pant as i am 5 feet 3 inches and it was way too short so i ordered a small which fit perfectly. The exchange process was super easy.
