When I wanted to return the pants and exchange them for a larger size they wanted me to pay the shipping. I did not return them. I bought a pair of Spanx travel pants which were far more comfortable and much better quality.

The return process is a little too complicated. I don't want to have to take so many steps (emailing for approval, waiting for approval, then receiving approval). A simple return process with free exchanges would be much more convenient. Sizing is smaller than most clothing lines and there is not a short length offered. The petite is way to short for those of us at 28-30" inseam. The medium length was good but the sizing was too small. I never order a large and now the pants need hemming.

was not happy at all that I couldn't get a full refund. In the days that we live in where clothes shopping is done mostly on-line I think that full refunds should be an option. Especially when buying from a company for the fist time and you have no experience of the quality or sizing of their clothing. I think it is entirely unfair

I really like the 3 piece pants, tank, and long cardigan HOWEVER I wish you would let customers choose different sizes within a set. I wanted another color in addition to the black one I bought last year (because I do love it) BUT was told the die colors could possibly not match if ordered separately. That is too bad. I would love another color! I'm a Medium in tops, but I prefer the pants in Large (otherwise the waist cuts too tight). Please consider those who want size choice variety!
