Returns are a hassle and you are charged for the initial shipping plus return shipping which for some reason was outrageous even for USPS. You have to return/ship it to Las Vegas to a cat rescue to get a refund instead of just being allowed to take it locally to a cat rescue center to donate and send proof of the donation. The color was misleading online. Not as pictured.
