I appreciate what you’re trying to offer as a product but companies nowadays need to work on their products, how they treat their employees and just have a reality check from always trying to get away exactly to what the law allows them. My kitty Pepper is an indoor cat. All of a sudden, she was acting lethargic and was showing aggressive behavior. This is very out of character for her. We got this toy in preparation for our new kitty that we’re going to adopt!! I went for the double pack, and I’m glad I did. When we brought her home, she was in the laundry room for the first 3 days to become acclimated and not overwhelm her. Oh my goodness my cat LOVES this toy! I’ve never found a better pet toy! As with any, they’ll eventually wear out and after several weeks of fairly constant play this one finally did. I will purchase replacements into perpetuity because not only is it my favorite but it lasts a really long time! I bought a similar product before and my cats loved it...until it broke less than 24 hours later. I was hesitant to try the Leo's Paw one, but I'm so glad I bought it. It's only been like 48 hours since i set it up for them, but its still going strong. We're so excited to gift our Leo's Paw stainless steel water fountain to our cats! Tuppence (Tuppy) just loves his new filtered sip. It runs so quietly you can't hear it, so he's not afraid of it (which, unfortunately, he was when we attached the added spout to it).
