Excellent experience. I am really impressed with the whole website concept. The beginning question about what my main concern is with our cats (scratching furniture) was pulled through the experience at checkout when I was offered a scratch mat (which Quinn also loves). The customer service emails that tracked the package were great to receive. All in all, a great experience. I will be a repeat customer!!

Luckily the filters got here quickly bc I lost 2 4 packs! In cleaning up!!! lol 😂 never do that! So I wrote on the marker board on fridge where I put them til it’s habit!

The parcel took a long time to arrive, and the price advertised was not the same as the purchase price, which was a bit higher

I didn't get my delivery!! I sent it to my friend's where I was staying and the delivery never arrived. I don't know what happened perhaps the postman made a mistake but I never received the package. It is so frustrating. I ordered 4 other different packages from other companies and all were successfully delivered except for my Leo's Paws one !!

While the products are great, it seemed like every time I tried to add something to my basket it kept reducing the price, so I had to add more and more to get free shipping!

Delivery takes a while. The product was overpriced for how much you get.

Well informed of delivery details . Main product good quality. Second item interested my cat but charging “ dock” malfunctioned after only 3 charges .

I had reviewed my order prior to placing the order and I had selected both Beige fabric and Brown fabric, which I did to $$$ qualify for free shipping. It asked which free gift I preferred, so I chose the comb/massager. I had to go thru the different time frames of shipping, as it kept adding in shipping into the order. I then selected the free shipping , which was the second option, not the third or fourth. Somewhere in the process it deleted the Brown fabric and charged me for the massager

So far, my experience has been wonderful!

so far so good.. I put it on the corner of my leather sofa, the adhesive on the back sticks without the pins. and I haven't noticed any horrible residue from it. for me, I'd rather work with that then the claws shredding the sofa. what was priceless was the look on her face when she put her 1st paw claws out and it just slide down, she immediately tried with the 2nd paw, same thing. She's not clawing.. oh, and I do have scratch pads as well, she uses the sofa because I am sitting there.

Everything I have purchased has not worked thought I was getting something worth while coming from the USA instead of China but I am beginning to realise it is probably Chinese
