After one month of waiting for my product, I was assured that it would be on its way and that HHB was in the middle of switching over to Amazon shipping, which would ensure a quicker and smoother delivery. Another month later, I received an email from the company asking how I liked the product (which I never received). I checked the tracking status and saw that the shipping label was created one day and then cancelled almost a month later. It never shipped at all. No response from the company.
