The shipping is good , but from Mississauga to Montreal is about 550km . The time for shipping about 1 week for me is very long . The communication with customer support is ok . Also the model DDP 400 is not listed on the site for downloading melodics , I choose DDP 100s model because is close to parameters to DDP400 . Please add DDP400 on the US site for melodics .
