I contacted Donner by email and submitted forms from Donner's website requesting returning my order. Donner ignored them until I notified Donner that I was filing a credit card chargeback because Donner was not honouring its 30 day return policy. I subsequently recieved the RMA return shipping lable. I returned my order, it was recieved by Donner at the address on the return shipping label, I have proof of delivery. I have not received my refund. Donner's customer service is virtually non-existe

So far so good. I did mention a potential issue in the shipping section of the review. Potential crack where the neck and guitar body meet, maybe cosmetic damage noticed when music store went to set up the guitar. I also mentioned that the box hadn't been especcially well taken care of in transit, and had a crumple/bend midline about where the neck and guitar body meet. Works well, I'm happy as long as the potential damage does not become an issue later on.
