Wish it’d let you know what items are out of stock

A bit of delay for customer-seller communication, which sometimes resulted to items not being secured on time.

Always respond to my questions quick and help solve any problems quick as well.

The product shipped nicely and I love it! Nothing was broken and it arrived quickly from when it said it would ship. My problem lies in the communication aspect of this order. I forgot one item (this one) in my first order and when I asked support they recommended me to place a new order and let them know so they could merge shipping into one big order which I was excited about since I didn’t want to cancel my first order and shipping for one acrylic stand is about twice the price of the item itself! I followed their instructions and they confirmed the orders were combined and I just had to wait. I then got an email saying my order shipped but I knew not all of my products were ready, and sure enough it was just this product that shipped. Concerned, I reached out to support multiple times but they ignored my emails for the first few days before the product was already out and they finally said that the orders were combined. Previously they answered my questions the same day or a few hours later. Confused I said that I wanted the shipping combined. Then after multiple emails they basically said there was nothing they could do even though I had emails in the previous chain stating they had already noted to combine my orders and that they were the ones who recommended me to do this in the first place! I felt very unsatisfied by the support and the response, when asked how I should go about this situation again they just said there was nothing they could do and didn’t really answer my question. It was a good way to buy proxy items and I look forward to the rest of my order, but I would have to look elsewhere if I were to order items again as I felt the customer support was very u helpful and that with the price i already paid to ship my other order + not being able to confirm that my shipping was combined (when they stated it) and not get any helpful response was what brought my experience down to the bottom. :( luckily I can afford it but if someone else was hoping to be refunded in that situation they would be out that money. It’s a good proxy not very reliable in this case and if you are considering purchasing from them, do not expect them to follow through what they say in every situation.

The website was easy to navigate, and the product was delivered quickly. One thing I will say: I don't know if it's because I missed a button/setting on my end, but I don't live in the US, so seeing all the prices on the website in USD was a bit iffy.

I've bought a couple items from this shop so far. All arrived fast. I do prefer delivery by Fedex as the tracking is much more consistent that way. I plan on purchasing more from this shop in the future!

Terrible experience purchasing through this service. Since the book came out a few weeks after the CD, I emailed customer service to ask if there was any way to combine the items. They confirmed that I could in fact combine my orders to pay 1 shipping, rather than 2 separate charges. I asked to make sure I wouldn't be charged twice and they confirmed. So I bought the book, asked to combine the orders, and they confirmed they would combine them. Then, they went ahead and shipped them separately anyway. I asked why they did this, after confirming with me, and they told me it was never an option to combine "pop-up shop" items. When I told them they told me I could prior to my purchase, they basically shrugged and said oh well. This wouldn't have been an issue if they just told me from the start that I should cancel the first order and re-order them together. I believe they purposely misinformed me so they could charge me twice, rather than once. TLDR: Customer service will misinform you so they can charge you more in shipping.

Wonderful! Only thing to fix is T-shirts for Alien Stage (there appear to be no sizes and the pictures are really low quality). Other than that it was amazing.

I ordered photo cards on the website and got them refunded. However, when I checked my shipping status before it got refunded it said it wasn't available. On the other hand, I checked the website it says it was in stock. Didn't like how customers were misinformed on the status of in-stock and not. Also, Harumio overcharges double the amount of the original price. Will not order from them in the future.
