Adore it It comes with an extra photo I was overjoyed when I asked to have it added to my order and Harumio Customer Service did it so promptly (it wasn’t available at that moment) I thank Harumio for the patience in dealing with me in the past months, since my order was stuck with some preordered items since January I could add things along the way and this is acrylic stand is the most precious one ❤️

It took 9 days from the day I placed the order to the day I received it at home in Mexico, and I very satisfied with my purchase. The quality of the material is great, very soft to the touch. I'm a big fan the Guardian Tales game, so when I saw the were selling thus Mayreel plushie I had to get it, and I don't regret it!

Very happy with the merch itself and how fast it took to ship! Only gripes or concerns would be that both of Ivan’s standees films had slashes, one piece of the film being completely separate, however the actual standee was fine. The other more notable one would be that the backing for the large stands is bent and has a lot of scratches. I really liked this service though! The shipping was good too

took around 14 days to get to me excluding the pre-order wait!!!! the thick paper the stands came with did get damaged understandably but other than that the package was securely wrapped and the merch is all intact >_<!!! (actually I'm pretty sure it got curved/bent because of how securely everything was packed) while I'm unsure if ordering on harumio was faster than doing so on the official store for the alnst merch, I saved a ton of money on shipping so I'm not complaining LOL

Every item was delivered nicely with no damages! The box was slightly damaged, but it's sort of expected with how far this had to ship, and the contents inside are what's important, which are sealed and protected greatly. There being no expensive shipping fee is a blessing, and what you get really makes your shelf shine if you're starting a collection. Definitely gonna buy more in the future~~

Very happy with my order. Thought I’m confused that their website says free shipping to US even though I got charged for it. Omg, I was super excited for this to come in, I love doing paint by numbers, so when I saw they had painter of the night, I just had to get it. I say it took me about like 2 or 3 weeks cause I kept getting distracted with other things, but the more progress I saw the more I wanted to hurry and finish so I can put it on my wall.
