The package (Kakao Friends - Abuba Car Back Cushion) arrived quickly and was well-packaged. I did have another item in my order (Kakao Friends - Nyangnyang Choonsik Neck Cushion), but it was out of stock (perfectly okay!). They emailed me and let me know and also sent the refund quickly.
