Website says ships in 2 or 3 days. It took weeks to get my order. No response to my inquiries. No shipping information provided - it just finally showed up in my mailbox. Fewer doses in jar than label claims. MULTIPLE emails asking how I liked the product, even well before it finally arrived.

I recently received my recurring subscription order, but there appears to be an issue. Instead of the liquid form of Black Seed Oil that I originally ordered and subscribed to, I received two bottles of Black Seed Capsules. I attempted to reach out several times, chat, phone, email.... No one ever responded to me. Kiva has lost a loyal customer!

It’s been over 2 months and my product still has not shipped. I’ve reached out via every avenue possible (email, text, Shopify app and multiple social media channels with no responses. I feel defrauded by Kiva for taking payment and never shipping the product paid for and the customer service is abysmal.
