Love both of them I take one teaspoon of the UMF 24+ in the morning before work, and one teaspoon of the UMF 20+ in the afternoon if I’m going to be working out after work. It provides me with fantastic energy long lasting hunger relief. Great healing properties couldn’t recommend it more !!!!

On a monthly auto-ship for this honey. Using a 1/2 teaspoon dose 3x’s a day for chronic bacterial infection a result of Hashimoto’s. Mix one 8.8 oz jar of 850 MGO Manuka honey w/2 tablespoons of organic ground Turmeric and 1 teaspoon of organic ground Cassava Cinnamon. Store in a dark glass jar. Have used other Manuka Honey sources since 2009, nothing as impressive as the results from my Kiva honey.
