Very responsive customer service. Have used Manuka honey in the past as a probiotic but not yet the medicinal grade/quality that is available from Kiva. Hoping it will help with a bacterial infection against which it is known to be effective and give me a break from antibiotics and thus also possibly avoid developing antibiotic resistance.

Packing by Amazon was disappointing. Honey came stuck in a paper shipping bag. No bubble wrap, no box and we were unpleasantly surprised since we have been buying this honey for several years and were used to the fine packaging.

This is spicy. It is fine ground so be careful because is floats in the air. I sneeze every time I use it. Lol That being said. I LOVE THIS STUFF. The perfect heat and amazing flavor. Its not just another spice for heat. It tastes awesome . I bought more to send to family members to try it. Great great stuff.

This honey is so good I can eat it out of the jar. I put it in plain yogurt too. When I had a very raw sore throat I swallowed a small amount and it instantly soothed my throat. I'm going to start using it in muffins and breads instead of sugar. I highly recommend this brand. I was using another, but this is less expensive and just as good.
