We have used this "medicinally" for years, and have found it helpful for various situations. It tastes delicious and appears to be quite effective in improving certain health conditions that Manuka honey is recommended for. This brand is far superior to some other brands we had previously tried, and we actually saw results after using the Kiva Manuka UMF 20+ honey. We recommend giving it a try!

I’ve been using Kiva Manuka honey for a couple of years now & can’t imagine going without it. It tastes delicious!! I take a spoonful when I have heartburn, a sore throat or indigestion. It works wonders! I also use it if I have a bad cut. (topically) Helps in healing. I’m going to start taking it daily, 2x’s a day, for my health. I can only benefit from it! Highly recommend!!!! Very good dept of flavor with wonderful mouth feel. Super creamy and velvety. I take a 1/2 teaspoon and slowly swish it around my mouth and use it for its antibacteral and nutitional properties. It comes in a short stout glass jar, and beautiful box. Enjoy!!!

I start my day with lemon water and a tea spoon of Manuka UFM20+ honey from Kiva. It gives me energy for the day. We are a user of the Manuka +20 honey for several years. When we opened the most recent jar of honey, the inner seal was not sealed, and the honey looked and smelt spoiled. This was very unusual and when I contacted Kiva Customer Service, they immediately sent me a replacement jar of honey. Their service has always been outstanding. Their honey is great!
