Customer support nonexistent when raising issues about condition of sunglasses/frame of sunglasses. Had to go through Ray-Ban/Essilor-Luxottica warranty to correct the issues with the sunglasses. Overall, a very disappointing online shopping experience for a very expensive set of sunglasses.
