I enjoyed shopping at 4C, but was disappointed with the end result once I received my products. I've used 4C for over 2 years, but only purchased directly for the first time myself. I will say that I love the products, but I had to email and remind you to send my "mystery gift", only to discover it doesn't work. My leave in conditioner was not securely packaged, therefore was not a full container when I got it. So the use of products at this point is a major let down.
