This is my second time ordering from this company because I’ve struggled to find a product that keeps my hair properly moisturized, and I really love how this system makes my hair feel. However, in my most recent order the shampoo was missing from the 4-step system I paid for, and I’m now completely out of shampoo. I hope the company will quickly resolve this and send the missing shampoo so I can continue using the full system. I understand mistakes happen, but I’m not sure how this one occurred
