The time between placing my order and shipment was frustrating. Seven days. I feel like fulfillment should be quicker than that. I placed my order on December 27 and never got my product until January 14. I emailed and asked for a discount or priority shipping when it was taking long to fulfill and my response from customer service was curt and with no accommodations made. In today’s world that is too long to wait for product.
