this order was destined to be bad. A whole planner and 2 sheets of the payday stickers were missing from original order, then the other planners and 2 stickers were shipped, not to be received by Christmas, and I then discovered one was damaged, as I tried to let you know, you got defensive and refunned the whole order. Which is not what I was after. I just wanted to speak with a customer service person, not communicate through email. When 2nd shipment arrived still missing stickers. Poor customer service all the way around.
