I ordered three paint by numbers back in June. My paintings never shipped. I got a tracking number for someone else’s paintings. I have reached out multiple times to see what happened to my order and I have not gotten any response whatsoever. I also have no way to cancel the order. I’m extremely disappointed. Do not waste your money. Update: I received an email after writing this review that my order was lost and that they were going to ship me my order again. They still have not.

I placed 2 orders with BestPaintByNumbers. 1 order was missing an item and I never received the 2nd order (with 6 canvases) at all. I have been in touch with customer service for both issues and it takes multiple emails to get a response and even then I have gotten no solution. I am about to file a claim and complaint through my credit card company.

Terrible customer service and very slow delivery. It took action by my credit card company and Attorny General to get action. Automated email responses to my questions and no legitimate tracking number or updates made this an awful experience. Giving a Christmas gift to someone over a month after Christmas wasn't great either- especially when the orde was placed in November.
