Terrible customer service and very slow delivery. It took action by my credit card company and Attorny General to get action. Automated email responses to my questions and no legitimate tracking number or updates made this an awful experience. Giving a Christmas gift to someone over a month after Christmas wasn't great either- especially when the orde was placed in November.

Disgusting, I paid a lot of money for 5 paintings of the biggest size in August 2024 and never received anything. I have tried to get in contact regularly and repeatedly and they just ignored me. Someone wrote to me on their Instagram account that they had the same experience. All I want is what I paid for. I am now going to have to lay a complaint against them through my bank
