Disgusting, I paid a lot of money for 5 paintings of the biggest size in August 2024 and never received anything. I have tried to get in contact regularly and repeatedly and they just ignored me. Someone wrote to me on their Instagram account that they had the same experience. All I want is what I paid for. I am now going to have to lay a complaint against them through my bank

Customer service is slow to respond I sent a question and still have not received the answer. I ordered anyway. Within a few hours of ordering, I tried to change pictures. They asked me to send new picture. I sent it and the canvas was the first picture I sent. No problem, I like the one I received.
