Well worth it for $200 on sale. This refurbished model was in brand new condition. Was slightly concerned about the weight while loading it into my trunk, but turned out to not be an issue. It rides well. I appreciate the steel frame. Though heavier, I like to think it absorbs more shock than the previous aluminum version. Small negatives - Gear shifting a bit clunky but adequate, paint scratched easily on frame and seat bolts, Allen bolts to secure handlebar loose, requiring tiny wrench to tighten.

i like that they have parts for liberte. i don't like when they are out of stock. still nice to know i can get parts and youtube repair videos if i need help. zizzo is great.

Except for a small mixup on delivery date everything was quite easy.

I think understanding that it may not be as comfortable for taller riders could be helpful.

I am enjoying my Zizzo bike. I did have difficulty when I folded it for the first time, however the customer service was superb. The folding problem was because the handlebar came completely out of the stem! This apparently was due to a teeny tiny screw not being secured properly. A video from customer support (I don't recall his name) solved the problem.
