Bought a refurbished bike which looks brand new. The bike was completely assembled. Just had to unfold it. The ZIZZO unfolding video is extremely helpful. So far very happy with the bike.

Placed a phone call and got nice and knowledgeable help. She was great.

Size is a little difficult to navigate between items.

I received the bike quickly after ordering and was easy to finish the assembly process and had it ready to ride within half an hour. I have about 100 miles and so far no problems.

I own two zizzo bikes for more than 3 years and both remain my favorite bikes as they are reliable and offer great rides.

I was apprehensive since I had never dealt with the company but have been very happy with them.

Comparing specs between bikes was very helpful, main page could use a little optimization to make navigation easier
