I’ve ordered from Koana twice now and both times 1 sale item in my cart ended up being out of stock after I placed my order. However, customer service (both times) got in touch with me quickly to help figure out a solution. As someone who lives in their bikini - I’ve tried Jolyn, Skatie, Left on Friday, Midori - and needs it to be cute and supportive for beach volleyball, I am now a die hard Koana loyalist. My favorite cuts are the Penny top and Nova V bottoms.

Definitely can cause some body dysmorphia for us girls/women who are not big but have curvy bodies when your bathing suits are only suitable for tiny women. I wouldn’t order again unless you added some size appropriate bathing suits that won’t disappear into my ass or expose my labia with every movement

The bottoms themselves were fine (just a bit small for me), so I decided to return them for store credit. I downloaded the return label, shipped the item back, and tracked the package—it shows as delivered. However, I never received any update regarding the credit I was owed. I also sent a follow-up email but haven’t received a response.
As of now, I’m out $39 and quite disappointed with the lack of communication. I’m still hoping they’ll respond and resolve this issue.
