The bottoms themselves were fine (just a bit small for me), so I decided to return them for store credit. I downloaded the return label, shipped the item back, and tracked the package—it shows as delivered. However, I never received any update regarding the credit I was owed. I also sent a follow-up email but haven’t received a response.
As of now, I’m out $39 and quite disappointed with the lack of communication. I’m still hoping they’ll respond and resolve this issue.
