I’m very disappointed with my experience. I never received the mugs I ordered, and the customer service process was extremely frustrating. I was contacted by several different representatives, none of whom seemed aware of my previous conversations. There was no clear communication or follow-up, and in the end, my order was never delivered. I hope the company improves its coordination and assigns a single representative to handle each customer issue.

It was made quite fast, within a few days, however then it sat there completed for weeks in their shipping department without being posted. When followed up, they tried to blame the couriers turn around times and how they have no control over it, however it hadn't even been given to the courier yet.
