Immediately flagged via email that I had accidentally hit the approve button and was told my changes would be made. Two days later was told the image I did not want would be shipping. I flagged that my changes had already been acknowledged and was told there was nothing they could do, despite having previously told me the changes were being made. Instead I received the $120+ portrait that I did not want. Happy anniversary.

Poor service when I complained that it did not look like as it was described. They said “oh sorry to hear that, do you want another one in a different style”. It was a birthday gift and it looks horrible i want to put it in the bin. $300 down the drain for some cheap thing. Wasted my money and now have to find a new birthday gift. They still haven’t done anything to help my situation. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS. WARNING

While the end result was lovely, I ordered my picture on 12/31 and approved it almost immediately. I heard NOTHING so I reached out again on 1/14 to find out where my order was, and they put in their system that it was ordered on 1/10 and they shipped. I missed the occasion for which this was to be gifted and the customer service was prompt but completely unhelpful. There are lots of companies that offer this service, and I will be exploring others. I have ordered a number of these portraits as client gifts, and I am extremely disappointed. They did not even offer an upgrade to overnight shipping or a credit toward a future appointment. I would explore other options.
