My first order took almost a month to arrive. When I contacted Royal Change, they said, "we're not responsible for lost items" and told me to submit a claim with USPS. REALLY? Once you get your money, the transaction is over? I didn't even have all the information needed to submit a claim! When I contacted RC asking them to provide the missing info, they said they submitted the claim on my behalf and acted like they were doing me a huge favor. The order eventually arrived, but it was a hassle.
