I’ve been waiting to purchase new resistance bands and am glad that I waited until Royal Change came out with more colors! The lavender color is nice and the bands are high quality! I love the velvet bag, too!! Each band has a greater resistance and makes me work hard during Sydney’s workouts! Thank you for making such high quality products!

I have needed a new yoga mat and I love this yoga mat! The lilac color is super pretty and the Royal Change details on the top and bottom look great! After using the yoga mat for a week, it lays flat. The yoga mat is very high quality and soft! I wipe down the mat after use with a wet rag and my sweat marks disappear! It helps to have a sweat towel when lying down. My dogs even love the mat!

Love these joggers! They are my favorite lounge pants. Thick material, and a little too thick for working out for me. But, so comfy!! They do stretch out a bit while being worn, but doesn't bother me. I think I could have sized down one..I'm 130 lbs and 5'0, ordered a size M. I usually wear S (size 4) in most pants. Size up if you want to be a little loose. Order your normal size if you want to tighter fit.

I had ordered some resistance leg bands on Amazon, but had to return them because they were way too thin and rolled on my legs. THESE! These are great! I’m 5-7” and about 128 lbs I wear a small in most bottoms and the smalls fit great! The length is perfect for 7/8, the rise is high, I’m short waisted so they sit above my belly button but not uncomfortable. They stay up and in place while working out and hiking.

The yoga mat is very high quality and pretty heavy. After I opened the package, it did have a manufacturing scent, but I lay it down for 24hrs and the smell was gone. I bought a yoga strap from amazon for $6 and it holds it well. The cushion feels great on my back and does not slip at all which is what I was looking for in a mat. I am obsessed with this mat! It does not slide around during cardio exercises. It gives the perfect amount of cushion for ab workouts on the floor. It feels thick and durable but still easy to roll up and store. And my favorite part is all of Sydney's words of encouragement scattered all over the mat. The quality of fabric is very nice! Thick, soft, and durable. They are comfortable and not hot to wear. The draw strings are long, easy to tight, and nicely corded. The small fit well but we’re a little blousy and seemed a little big for a size small. Even so, these are a pair of shorts that can be worn out and about or lounging around the house. This is Royal Change quality and worth every penny!

Such a super soft Sherpa! Love the Teddy Bear color and the Sherpa truly makes me feel like a teddy bear all warm and cozy! I usually wear an XS and the XS fits well and sits below the waist with some room to move. Super soft inside, too, and all I wore underneath was a tank top and I was nice and warm! Looks great with jeans and leggings! Nice front pocket and I like the material of the cuffs.

Super soft and comfy mid weight joggers. Nice soft lining and they are not too thick if you want to wear them to workout in. They keep we warm working out in my basement in Pennsylvania! For reference I am 5’4” and 135lbs and I got the joggers and hoodie in a medium. My only thought is if you have long legs, these might run short on you. I have short legs & they fit me perfectly. Great outfit though, definitely recommend.
