Exchanging for a different size was very easy and customer service is super nice. Love the brand but disappointed the new apparel line (Vivid) sizes are not measured the same as the other lines. I have always ordered a small and everything fits perfectly, but the new Vivid line I had to exchange everything for a size large - 2 sizes larger than my normal size.
