Mixed quality products. Some good some absolute rubbish. The most appalling customer service!! The worst I’ve ever experienced. Some Products arrived broken and I contacted customer service 4 times was told someone in management would get back to me and they never did despite repeatedly chasing this up! Would never buy from here again!! They effectively stole my money as I paid for items that were broken and unusable and couldn’t get any help or refund!!

If I was shown all the products in the mystery bundles I ordered and then asked to pay what they cost, I would have laughed so hard. Most things were cheap, two things broken on arrival. The 27 dollar Sanrio clutch I purchased felt like cheap plastic and the design was so blurry you can hardly even see Hello Kitty on the bag. Grossly overpriced for what it is-cute, cheap stationery supplies. Stuff was cute but DEFINITELY not worth the price. Will not be buying from this site again. :(
