While I love the variety of supplies uncomparably more than the supplies anywhere else, I dislike the shippment fees and waiting time as well as the custumersupport.
If you don't pay around 20$ for shippment, you'll have to wait for 4 to 8 weeks for delivery, wich is quite long. Also at least in gemany, deliverys are made by hermes who is unreliable an ones they just send my package worth of 90$ Artsupplies back. The kawaiipenshop custumersupporservice did not give back my money.
