I ordered this and paid extra for the sift flap. I got charged extra for the soft flap shipping as well. To my surprise the door came with the hard flap not the soft flap. And the soft flap was packed in just another layer of carton attached to the door packaging. The soft flap doesn't weigh that much so I don't understand the extra shipping cost. Then we tried to replace the hard flap eith the soft flap ourselves. Bought tools. One of the screws was threaded. We had to saw break it. Not good.
