It’s been 2 weeks and I have not received the insoles.

You over promise and under deliver!

Again, wrong insoles.. received Soleflex, not Solara

No updates, I have no idea where my order is.

The only issue is that it took a while to get my insoles. I inquired and was told you didn't control shipping times and I noticed they were coming from China. Hard to imagine these weren't in a warehouse in the USA.
