Their website states Love them, or they're free! If you don’t feel a real difference in comfort and gameplay, you don’t pay—simple as that. Simply email us to receive a full refund. I tried to initiate a return because the insoles hurt my feet. They offered 50% refund because I opened and tried the insoles. How can I know per their website if u notice a difference in “comfort and gameplay” without opening and trying the insoles. Giving 2 instead of 1 start since they offered 50% refund.
