It is not easy to make contact and cancel subscription service.

Easy to order

Dont like the subscription part. And having to pay to cancel subscription.

Product is great, but the delivery is a bit long. It takes almost 2 weeks to get my Product.

HORRIBLE company and even worse customer service. The whole experience was horrible. I ordered the soloflex insoles and then immediately got an email stating that I signed up for a recurring monthly subscription which I didn't. In order to cancel it, I had to pay a $4.99 fee. I immediately contacted customer service via email and stated that I wanted to cancel my order as well as the recurring subscription and I was told that they couldn't do either. I was able to cancel the subscription online but still out the $4.99 fee. In addition, It took about a month to get my insoles and I am not impressed by them. Really want my money back but not about to attempt to return the insoles as this whole experience has been a nightmare. I do not recommend this company at all. Very dissatisfied customer.

The only issue I have is that they took way too long to get here.

Already reviewed. Quality was jot where I expected it to be especially for the price. They don't seem to hold up.

Waste my time

Theories process deceptively subscribed me and coukd not simply be canceled online. I had to send 2 emails to get a link to cancel future shipments. I also coukd not delete my payment method..

wrong size insoles. bogus shopping experience as a recurring membership was initiated with the purchase which I did not want. then cost $6 to cancel total HS

Subscription scam

They are not great and you have to PAY to cancel. Beware if you're trying the find the right insert for yourself. They dont play nice in the sandbox. No, it wasn't expensive, it is the principal.

Delayed shipping.

So far, customer service is extremely lacking and shipping/tracking info is non-existent.

The second I clicked purchase, it said I was joining a membership of some sort that charges me monthly.
