Awful customer service

Scam

The fact that the shoes ship directly from China and take 2-3 weeks to arrive is hardly obvious in the ordering process and the shipping updates take multiple steps to acquire.

Confused…never got a straight answer regarding my order. Seemed like the order went in as to auto ship, which I did not want but I couldn’t get a straight answer on how to prevent any further shipments from occurring.
