To whom it may concern I purchased a program tune kit from them about three weeks ago, hoping to do it over the Thanksgiving holiday. I gave them my VIN at the time I purchased the kit. Thanksgiving day, hoping to get it done. I connected everything and it told I need to input my VIN and they will build the tune give us 2 to 3 days here it’s been four days December 4 and it’s still have not heard anything from these people. My personal opinion do not buy from this company horrible customer servi

Order was prompt just 3 days But it came from Fed Ex and DHL

Great and quick shipping

Parts stuck in customs in Memphis TN and they will not release them without proper paperwork from Tuner Depot. Have been trying everyday for 4 days in a row to get this resolved with customer service and FedEx. My truck has been down for over 2 weeks now waiting. Very disappointed and costing me money as my truck tows my trailer for work.

Everything went well

Downloading the software was easy. Make sure your computer has windows 10 or newer. Plugged it into the truck and everything went smooth. I think the transmission shift points could have been a bit smoother . Overall great experience

Horrible. I received the wrong parts and I’ve called numerous times and have left voicemails. And have received no calls back and or emails. Still waiting on my software. You guys pretty much just robbed me.
